What should be sent for a custom project review?
Provide drawings or a window schedule, quantities, project location, procurement stage and known glass, performance and interface requirements.
Can every requested size or configuration be manufactured?
No automatic approval is implied. Geometry, hardware, glass, performance and production feasibility require authorised review.
When is the final configuration fixed?
After drawings, scope, samples, evidence and commercial terms have been reviewed and formally approved.
