Designed for residential exterior openings where compression sealing, an integrated insect screen and controlled opening dimensions are priorities. Final suitability for a building height, wind zone or performance target must be confirmed against project-specific evidence.
Where this product fits
- Residential exterior openings
- Bedrooms and living spaces
- Projects requiring an integrated inner screen
- Locations where compression sealing is preferred
Documented standard reference
Dimensions and configurations above are the supplied series reference. Final glass, hardware, structural suitability and performance require authorised review of the actual opening.
Objective strengths and limits
Strengths
- Integrated inner screen helps control insects without a separate external screen.
- Thermal-break frame route for projects reviewing conductive heat transfer.
- Casement compression-sealing logic supports controlled air and water performance when the complete configuration is verified.
- Optional fixed safety guard and keyed handle for project-specific safety review.
Selection limits
- Opening area is constrained by sash geometry and hardware loading.
- Large glass panels require a separate thickness and safety review.
- High-rise or exterior-wall use is not approved by the series name alone; wind, air, water and structural evidence must match the proposed size.
Available configuration routes
- Laminated insulating glass for noise or safety review
- Low-E glazing subject to project requirements
- Fixed safety guard
- Alternative finish colours and wood-grain transfer
- Upgraded hardware package
Finish colours and hardware brands or models can be customized to the buyer’s project requirements. The final selection is confirmed through the approved sample and project configuration schedule.

Questions buyers ask
Is the 5 + 12A + 5 glazing mandatory?
It is the documented standard configuration. Other glass build-ups require technical and commercial confirmation.
Can the opening sash be wider than 750 mm?
The supplied reference sets 750 mm as the maximum opening-sash width. A different geometry needs a separate engineering and hardware review.
Does the integrated screen prove burglary resistance?
No. Screens, guards, locks and building fall-protection requirements must be evaluated separately.
Exact systems, performance, price, programme, delivery and warranty are confirmed only after the opening size, building context and project requirements are reviewed.
